By downloading, installing, or using Vrona ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vrona provides GPS-verified time tracking, crew management, job assignment, team messaging, and payroll export features for contractor and field service companies.
Organization Owners create accounts with an email address and password.
Team Members join using an invite code provided by their employer. By joining, you acknowledge that your time, location, and messaging data will be accessible to your organization's administrators.
Vrona is a tool used by employers to manage their workforce. We are not a party to any employment relationship. Time record corrections, approvals, and payroll decisions are the sole responsibility of your employer.
By using Vrona's clock-in feature, you consent to GPS location tracking during active work shifts. You may revoke location permissions at any time through device settings, but this may prevent you from clocking in.

Vrona is offered on a subscription basis to organizations. Individual team members do not pay for access. Pricing and billing are managed at vrona.app/pricing.
Your organization owns its business data. Your personal data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed clock entries or payroll errors resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Vrona is a time tracking tool, not a certified payroll system.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Organization owners may remove team members at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, New York.
